Duties

As the Assistant Facility Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks ensuring that everything on our site (24000m²) runs smoothly and that technical problems are solved efficiently. In doing so, you will take care of directing the preventive maintenance and repairs of various buildings and installations, including electrical, HVAC installations, hospitality materials, and AV systems.

Another essential aspect of your role is supervising the technical team. You will motivate and support them in their daily tasks and ensure that they achieve the technical objectives. In the process, you will set up and actively participate in the roster for on-call shifts to ensure that someone is always available to tackle technical issues, regardless of the time of day.
